The redevelopment of the Afton Chemical campus in Bracknell was multi-phased and covered two sites which required the change of use of the buildings.

Offering a modern lab facility, new offices, new fully automated blending area, and an extended rig testing facility with all utilities upgraded and rationalised to optimise energy consumption across the sites.

Capital Thermal provided the Trace Heating, Thermal Insulation and Valve Jackets on this project.

We worked within a live environment alongside the end user in a collaborative way to deliver the project to the highest standard.
